WHO SHOULD ATTEND

Individuals who are committed to our mission of supporting the growth of women, ethnic minorities, and veterans as leaders (participation in the program is not restricted by gender, race, color, ethnicity, or veteran status). Successful candidates typically:

• Have earned a bachelor’s degree

• Have 7+ years of work experience

• Have 3+ years of management (supervisory) experience

FORMAT
One weekend per month.

INVESTMENT
$15,000 per participant (25 person cohort). Includes all academic content & materials, executive mindset program, and meals/breaks on class days. Does not include lodging or transportation to/from the program

PROJECTS
Participants will engage an executive level assignment spanning the 7-month term. Projects can be internal or external to one’s current work. Participants will propose their project upon interviewing for admission, and will produce a real work-product to be assessed by their personal advisory committee as well as program advisory board members for completion of program requirements.
