Program Overview
The Diversity in Leadership Program tasks participants to learn the concepts, tools, resources, and frameworks required for success through five business courses, executive mindset development, and a capstone "gate project" that cements key concepts through applied learning. The three-part program provides high-potential individuals the direction, protection, and support needed to advance their careers. Participants that master these skills are afforded the opportunity to achive greater career success or even progress toward the C-Suite, through the acquisition of additional credentials, advanced degree attainment, networking activities, and career support.
Program Schedule
Programs start in January and July of each year.
